Buying a home is the single largest financial commitment you will ever make. It can also be one of the most stressful events of your life. The home buying process is filled with a myriad of decisions and steps that confuse even the most knowledgeable people. I have stood beside hundreds of clients through this process, becoming good friends with many of them, and I will stand by you. Let me carry some of that burden for you.
June 10th of 2022 marked 34 years in this business, so trust me I have seen it all!! My strong construction background allows me to see beyond the glitz and glamour of a home for any possible defects and to help you understand the information from the home inspection. That being said, laws and procedures change often. As guiding my clients through the buying or selling of a home is my top priority, I spend time each week researching and learning to ensure that you have the best and most accurate information available. My knowledge of construction and real estate experience coupled with my highly honed negotiation skills will secure the best deal possible.
As with buying, people sell their homes for many different reasons. Knowing and understanding your reasons will help me to create a unique plan for selling your home. Whether you are moving to a new city, selling for an elderly relative, or simply want to up- or down-grade your existing home, your needs determine the path we take. No cookie-cutter approach to selling from me! Each plan is dependent on your needs, not mine. Giving up is not in my nature! I am in your corner from start to finish and will not stop until you have the keys in your hand.
